The best gifts are always those handmade.  I designed these for my adorable little nephews.  The oldest is really in to trains and his younger brother is following right along behind him.  As part of the new playroom makeover I gave them these to put up on the walls.

I'm always thrilled to get custom artwork requests for nurseries.  Jac loved the giraffe print I did for my friend Michelle.  However her theme had more of a beachy feel to it.  I love little whales in boy rooms, don't you?

So thrilled that my good friend Michelle and I had babies a month apart.  We have been able to share and swap a lot of information via text, facebook, email, you name it!  I shipped these two prints to Zack for his first birthday.  I love doing some things for little boys.  Always fun to have a little blue and green in my life inbetween all the pink and purple.

My cousin in Minnesota welcomed the arrival of the cutest little boy, Ean.  He was only 15 pounds and so many ounces but still such a cutie.  I also love that she decorated his room in Dr. Seuss.  I didn't grow up with Dr. Seuss books (mom's preference) so I'm welcoming them with open arms into our house.  Some I am reading for the first time.

Congratulations again Sarah.  Can't wait to meet him!

So excited our good friends Brooke and Grant (finally) had a little boy.  I haven't met him yet.  Our trips to Indiana are just too short to squeeze everyone in.  And especially hard to squeeze in enough quality time.  I'm loving on him quite a bit via facebook and instagram (thanks Brooke!)  So excited to make these for his nursery and even more excited that the colors worked out perfectly.

{art print} farm themed nursery // holden joseph

As you are noticing on my blog I am surrounded by little boy babies!  I think I have celebrated either the birth or a first birthday of at least ten boy babies since the beginning of Spring.  Yowza.  I am having so much fun with these art prints.  I especially love doing this one for our cousin Holden because of the farm theme.  (Farms are near and dear to my heart since I'm a farmer's daughter).  Looking forward to seeing it on his wall!

I saw this adorable little quote on Pinterest and new it would fit right in to our cousin's pirate themed nursery.  I'm looking forward to seeing this on Briston's wall!

Anna's 1st Birthday // Colorful Dots // {Favorite Things} Print

Can't believe my little girl is one.  Thought I'd try my hand at a favorite things print.  It was hard to decide exactly what to put on here.  A picky eater for sure this little girl would be a fruitarian if I let her.  She's extremely active... always has been even before she was born I could feel her kick all day long.  I do believe she'll play soccer, or maybe swim... or perhaps dance?  I think one day she'll just get up and run and never look back.  She can light up a room with her giggle.  And I love how she smiles with her eyes.  A sweetie for sure, but she knows what she wants.  A trait she gets from her daddy since I can't make decisions.  How much fun it is having a little girl.  I love watching her develop into this little person.

Anna is turning one // Nursery Art Prints

My baby is turning one next week.  Where did the year go?  I'm spending a lot of time reflecting over it these past few days.  Its been a whirlwind of happiness, laughter, challenges, new relationships, and love.  It seems like only yesterday I was folding all her newborn clothes and putting arranging her stuffed animals on the shelves.  I'm finally posting the artwork I created for her nursery.  It hangs over her crib complimenting the whimsical animal prints by Trafalgar's Square.  Check out more of Anna's nursery here.
