recipe of the week: triple chip cookies

It was requested by Brandon's coworkers that I make cookies for this past weekend's super bowl party.  Do you need to give a pregnant girl more of an excuse to whip something up with chocolate?  Bakerella to the rescue.  How I love thee!  White chocolate + butterscotch + semi sweet chips = heaven!  These were a huge hit with the boys.  Hope you love them as much as we did.

{the goods}
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

    ***i used the whole bag
1 1/2 cups white chips
    ***i used the whole bag

{lets begin}

Add flour in two additions, scraping down the sides in between. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Mix chips together in large bowl and stir into the cookie batter.

Then use a 1.5 inch scoop to place cookie batter 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
